Client Ownership
Upon completion and full payment, the intellectual property rights of all project deliverables, including design files, content, and code, will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We retain the right to use completed project deliverables for our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, interruption of service, or any business-related losses.
